Ingredients:

  • Avocado: 1 ripe avocado
  • Eggs: 2 small (or 1 large, depending on avocado size)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Prepare the Avocado:

    • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. If the hole where the pit was is small, scoop out a little extra flesh to make more room for the egg.
  3. Place in a Baking Dish:
